Effective 19 Oct 2020, travellers who are not Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents, and who have recent travel history to Indonesia or Philippines within the last 14 days prior to entry, will need to present a Negative Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours before departure. On the arrival at Singapore, travellers from Indonesia will still be required to serve a 14-day Stay-Home Notice(SHN), at dedicated SHN Facilities and to take Covid-19 PCR test before the end of their SHN.
As Indonesia-Singapore Green Lane is reciprocated on 26 Oct 2020, All short-term eligible travelers, will also be required to download and use the TraceTogether and SafeEntry App during their visit in Singapore.
