Direct Flights from Indonesia to Saudi Arabia Allowed

Good news for Indonesia and Umra' travel industry.

On 25 November 2021, Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation announced that direct flights from Indonesia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) shall be allowed. This shall be effective as of 01:00 hrs KSA time, on Wednesday, 1 December 2021. The quarantine procedure of five (5) days shall still apply, regardless of the passengers’ immunization status.

GACA reminds airlines to keep the travelers informed of the importance of complying with the precautionary and preventive measures, approved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government order. The legal procedure will be initiated accordingly against the violators.

Other countries that can have direct flights along with Indonesia are; Pakistan, Brazil, Vietnam, Egypt, and India.
