What preliminary document/information do I need to prepare to book your service?
For booking, kindly provide your copy of Passport, Flight Ticket, Visa/E-Visa/Telex Visa/KITAS/KITAP and PCR/Swab Antigen with Negative Result
Do you accept last minute booking?
Booking should be made at least 8 hours prior to your Arrival or Departure timing. Any last minute booking will be subject to availability
When should I make the booking for the service/product?

Cancellation
How long it takes for the refund process?
Refund will take about 7-14 working days
Can you process the refund to someone's else bank account?
The refund process will only be done to the same bank account of the sender
Is there any extra charges for reschedule my booking?
Any booking rescheduled above 8 hours before your actual arrival or departure, will be charge 100%
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation should be made at least 8 hours before your arrival or departure timing. 10% cancellation policy applies from the total invoice amount

As per Airlines rules & regulations, the guest should be present during Check-In for profiling purposes

You could choose your seat through Online Check-In or upon Check-In at the counter

Could you help to reschedule my ticket?
Any ticket rescheduling should be done directly through the airlines sales office/representative
Is the voucher should be used on the same day of purchase or according to the flight schedule?
ASA vouchers can be used according to the guest's flight schedule
Does the airplane ticket included in ASA price?
No, the price is only for ASA service at the airport. Ticket should be purchase separately
Payment
Do you accept foreign currency as a payment?
As per Indonesia's Government rules & regulation, all transactions in Indonesia should be in Indonesia Rupiah
What payment method can I use?
Payment could be done via Bank Transfer and Credit Card and the easiest way to do all the transactions are through ASA App or Website
Is PO or guarantee letter acceptable?

Will I be receiving an invoice for the booking I made?
We will issue an Electronic Invoice which included in our Confirmation email

Is your price is per person or do you have a family/group rates?
Our price is based on per passport. For any inquiry for group rates, please contact our Account Managers Team
Is there any discount for baby/infant/children?
Our price is based on per passport - applicable for both Adult & Child/Infant
